We are still available for mobile endoscopy services and on-site rechecks of existing patients.

Mobile Veterinary Internal Medicine Consultations

Allies in Internal Medicine provides onsite consults, rechecks, and endoscopy services. Additionally, veterinarian-to-veterinarian consults are available through the online platform Fidu.

While we are available and proud to offer our experience and knowledge to cases related to internal medicine, there are other specific cases, injuries, illnesses, and situations in which we recommend utilizing another specialist’s expertise.

When To Refer Elsewhere:

At times it may not be clear if a pet has an internal medicine condition or an orthopedic, neurologic, dermatologic or cardiac condition. If you are unsure, we welcome you to call us before you complete a referral so we can discuss your case and best direct you as to who may best be able to help your patient.

PLEASE PROVIDE A SHORT CHRONOLOGICAL CASE HISTORY SUMMARY RELEVANT TO REASON FOR REFERRAL

Example: onset of problem, list of diagnostic testing done, summary of any treatments/medications attempted (drug/dose/duration) and any response to treatment, and list of any therapeutic diets tried and response. Please list current therapies and doses. Add another page if needed. Do not send entire patient record, only recent records relevant to reason for referral.
