We are available for new consultations, re-checks, and endoscopic procedures
Tuesday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
We are not currently available Saturday through Monday inclusive for onsite services.
Regrettably, we are unable to provide emergency services and pet-owning clients are directed to seek emergent/urgent care after hours and weekends and statutory holidays from their family veterinarian or a local veterinary emergency facility.
Existing clients with an established veterinarian-client-patient relationship (have seen Dr. Mirkovic in person) needing/seeking advice/telemedicine consultation between scheduled appointments for non-emergent reasons can schedule a phone consultation with Dr. Mirkovic subject to her availability. Please check our online calendar for availability. This is not suitable for any emergencies. Please note that there is a cost for this professional consultation for the doctor’s professional time and that you will be billed at the time of booking. A teleconsultation does not replace the need for in-person patient exams in the clinic, and you may still need to schedule an in-clinic visit after your telemedicine consultation with Dr. Mirkovic.
If Dr. Mirkovic has never met you or your pet for an in-clinic consultation, please do not schedule a telemedicine consultation as you will be billed up-front (non-refundable) and by law, we will not be able to provide you any medical advice.
Please Note: Request a Fee Schedule for Services Offered is for Veterinarians Only.
Inquiries from veterinarians about case referral suitability or availability are always welcome. Owners interested in a consultation with Dr. Mirkovic must contact their family veterinarian to discuss referral. We do not book appointments directly with pet owners and we are unable to discuss a pet’s condition with owners prior to the initial consultation arranged by their veterinarian.
